BASIC INFORMATION:
-Once an order is placed, all information is final. Please make sure that all of your information such as colors, size, and address are correct.
-ALL orders will be processed in the order received. Express shipping only qualifies AFTER we ship your item(s). Current turnaround times for our each item are an average of 30-35 business days due to all items being made to order. These times may tend to be longer if order contains 4 or more items/products.
SHIPPING:
-Sub Gator will not be responsible for any delays caused by the mail carrier.
-We ship orders on Tuesdays and Fridays only.
-If your tracking number states that it is "arriving late", you must contact your local post office with your tracking number and request more information on delivery. We have no control over any delays, or delivery times onces the item is out of our hands.
If your tracking number states that it has been "received" or "accepted" that means that your package has been dropped off and is beginning transit to the next distribution center. We are unable to speed up this process if there are delays as it it now in the mail carriers hands.
-If your package states that it has been "delivered" and you have NOT received it or cannot find the package, please contact your LOCAL post office and provide them with your tracking number and explain the issue to them. We do not have any information regarding drop off locations, times, or issues. We are required to go by the delivery updates in which there are no remakes, exchanges, or refunds after a package has been marked as delivered.
RETURNS/REFUNDS:
-Sub Gator does not accept any returns, refunds or exchanges from customers if they have issues on their part. EX. Decal application mistakes, accidents of product in customers hands, or any other reason.

DECAL APPLICATION:
-Sub Gator is NOT responsible for any damages that occur at the time of application and will NOT replace, refund, or remake any items if damages occur.
-Each order comes with a "How To" which should be used to prepare your decals for application.
-If you have further questions or need assistance with the application, please feel free to contact us for additional resources.
-We recommend only using rubbing or isopropyl alcohol to clean the surface before application. Make sure your surface is AIR DRY before starting any application processes. We recommend allowing the decal to cure for a minimum of 30 minutes before removal of the transfer tape. Your decal can take up to 5 days to fully cure. Please make sure to minimize the amount of high water pressure or washing agents such as soap during this time period. Sub Gator will NOT issue any refunds or remakes in the event of damage from washing. Do not apply decals in too hot or too cold of weather. To earn the best stick and the best application as possible, we recommend temperatures between 70-90 degrees Fahrenheit.
